Hi I keep getting the below error and unable to complete sftp. Can you please help.

SFT API: could not read license `/etc/ssh2/licenses/tectia_client_with_eft_53.lic': Reading license file failed.
SFT API: could not read license `/etc/ssh2/licenses/tectia_server_with_eft_53.lic': Reading license file failed.
Need basic cursor movement capability, using vt100

ssh-broker-cli: could not read license `/etc/ssh2/licenses/tectia_client_with_eft_53.lic': Reading license file failed.
ssh-broker-cli: could not read license `/etc/ssh2/licenses/tectia_server_with_eft_53.lic': Reading license file failed.
File (null) couldn't be read. Faulty permissions.

Hi,

I suppose this is for Tectia client version 5.3? Is this correct? Can you also update your answer to include the actual command you are running?

This could be due to permissions. Please double check that the license is indeed there and it's readable by the same user that is running the sftpg3 command line tool

ls -al /etc/ssh2/licenses/tectia_client_with_eft_53.lic

Also please check that you can read the content of the license file (don't post it here though)
