Can you confirm the server type (Linux / Windows) and Tectia version? Have you configured the user correctly, and made it part of the required groups on the server?

Hi James,

Thank you for the quick reply. We are using a windows 2003 server. I have configured the users correctly. The users are part of the domain user group which had been given access to "allow logon locally" and "access this computer from network" policies in the local security policy. This happens to some users we have added recently and for the old users its working fine. Please find the below links for the screen shots. Kindly help.

Thank You. Biju

Hi, Can you possibly update the client to 6.1, and the server? What domain policy and network login type do you currently have configured?
