In order to have increased control over file transfer some customers choose to use Rsync with SSH. The client host should be running the rsync client application. On the server side it is enough to have SSH Tectia Server installed, no rsync server installation is required. Example of rsync command: $ rsync -p -g -o -e ssh2 /etc/file server:/destination/dir For more information on the command line parameters of rsync, please see the associated man page.
