MobileID login to Helpdesk and/or Self Service Desk fails with an error Unknown Domain. How can I fix this?

The LDAP connector matching to the provided domain name must exist in Web Access.

If the login page has no input field for entering the domain name, the default domain is then configured to /opt/tectia/webaccess/plugins/helpdesk/helpdesk.xml.

To verify that domain name matches to the domain name provided, or to the one configured to helpdesk.xml and/or ssd.xml:

  1. Login to Web Access
  2. Locate the LDAP connector from the tree view that matches to the domain name.
  3. if no LDAP connector exists, one should be added.
