A message "Internal error" is returned when trying to login to a service such as a VPN by MobileID. How to check what can be wrong?

Internal error is a generic error reply. A more detailed error description can be found in:

  1. View - User logs - Logins
  2. Use “Filters” in Log Management Tools to search for the failed login.
  3. Review entries for any Failures preceding the Internal Error entry.
