The SSH Tectia Server Administrator's Guide has complete instructions for configuring SFTP chrooting.

When configuring chrooting, the administrator may also wish to disable terminal, tunneling, and remote command execution. Instructions for configuring these restrictions are also found in the above referenced section of the SSH Tectia Server Administrator's Guide.

If using SSH Tectia Server 5.0.x, please upgrade to at least version 5.1. Chrooting is much easier to configure starting with version 5.1.
