How to check for inbound connectivity issues in MobileID?

a. Either choose View - System Logs - Info, or Review system logs from console.

b. Locate line where login has arrived to the MobileID server.

For RADIUS, you can verify this as follows:

i. Locate the lines with a timestamp matching closely to the failed login time.

ii. Check if a line exists that begins with “[ info ]: UDPListen: rad-access-req[#1]”.

iii. If no such line exists, the login has never arrived to the MobileID server.

For SOAP, you can verify this as follows:

i. Locate the lines with a timestamp matching closely to the failed login time.

ii. Check if a line exists that begins with “[ info ]: cpoolTCPListen: HttpReq[0x1]”.

iii. If no such line exists, the login has never arrived to the MobileID server.
