login about faq

When trying to open a file transfer window i recieve the following error... ssh-client-g3.exe has stopped working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!!

What version are you using? I haven't heard of this issue in quite some time.

That is quite an old version, and there were a number of issues fixed since that version (especially on the client side). I would recommend trying the latest version and seeing if that helps.

Thank you for your responce. I am unable to download the latest version. Is there another alternative to this fix?

I don't have enough information to be sure if there is an alternative fix. I do know that there were a number of client/brokers issues fixed since that version, and that it is an unsupported version at this point, but you can try getting debut logs and troubleshooting it.
