I would like my Tectia SSH window to open up at 132x24 instead of default of 80x24 without changing the font size. I see there is a similar option for this, but when I set my window size it automatically changes the font to really small. How can I fix this?

  • Uncheck the checkbox "Fix terminal window size and adjust font size automatically" in "User Interface Settings" / "Font".
  • Set your desired font size.
  • Close the settings dialog.
  • Manually adjust the Window size while observing the terminal size in bottom right part of status bar.
  • "Save Layout" from "File" menu.

You are set. From now on the terminal windows will open with select font size, terminal size and window position.

Looks like I need to do this for each profile instead of globally, but it works!
