I would like instructions on how to Pubic Key Authentication for the SSH Server daemon (sshd2).

For administrators, the only action needed to permit public key authentication for your users is to list 'publickey' as an allowed authentication method in the /etc/ssh2/sshd2_config file:

AllowedAuthentications publickey,password

Publickey and password are the allowed authentication methods by default.
