Hi, i would like to know how the command sput (TECTIA 6.0) works with GDG files, because I am having some trouble to use it.

I have a situation where I am sending a GDG test file from mainframe zOS1.9 to a unix server using SFTPG3 (bpxbatch)

Example: sput //'TESTFILE.ABC(+0)' Unix.testfile.tmp

Message code: Error: Invalid name: 'TESTFILE.ABC(+0)'', file: //'TESTFILE.ABC(+0)'

TESTFILE.ABC(+1) is generated on the same job in the previous step of the sftpg3 step.

Any clue about that please?

Thanks in advance.

This may have already been answered but remove the + symbol so that it reads sput //'TESTFILE.ABC(0)' Unix.testfile.tmp

The 0 will allow it to assume that you want the most current gdg file.
