Hi,

you have provided too little information to be able to help.

Is there anything relevant written in Windows event log (Windows Logs/Applications)?

In Tectia Server configuration you can also "Set troubleshooting options" and "View troubleshooting log". Anything relevant there?

Regards,

Martin

Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.

The error above is a pretty generic error and it you would need to look at some of the messages in the windows application event logs in order to narrow it down.

Hello @Martin and @ Joe, Thanks for the reply, please find additional info here.

Actually set troubleshooting option is not working in Tectia console we re installed the service still it is not showing any log in Tectia Console. In event Viewer we have this info: The "Tectia service terminated unexpectedly.it has done this 1 time(s)" with event ID 7034. While starting the service we are getting pop Up "Windows couldnot start the tectia Server on Local computer Error 1067: Process terminated unexpectedly". Kindly provide a solution. Thanks in advance Sivakanth
