User executes this in batch from Tectia SSH zOS at 6.4.7 Build 188. Destination is a Tectia for Windows SSH 6.4.6.215 server, the SDT_RWD folder is a file share to another Windows machine.

open user@ourserver
ascii
cd SDT_RWD
sput //'zOS.dataset.name' +
windows.file.name QUIT

Sometime after the sput we receive S0C4 in the *PATHNAM module. We have a dump captured butI'm still looking where the CEEDUMP may have been written. At any rate, assistance in diagnosis is needed, I'm at a dead end. Thanks.

Tom,

Are you using key authentication for this connection?

If so the Window OS only allows for domain resources to be used only when using Password authintication. If you want to use public key auth, Tectia Server does have a password cache feature.

Your company also has a support agreement with SSH Communications if you wanted to open a case with us and provide us with the log file to look at through a non-public case.

Public key to the Windows Tectia server from zOS, Tectia Windows authenticates to the remote machine with user and password. Please direct me to the method to open a support case. Thanks.

SSH Communication's commercial support site is support.ssh.com

If things work fine with password auth, but not with public key, its likely the issue is due to the domain reasourses (In other words the file share) not being able to be used.
