We procured Tectia Client and 3 years of Tectia Premium Support in 2008 through the NETCENTS contract. When we go to renew the support, do we renew the Client and Support, or just the support? Is the Client a perpetual license?
normally you will buy Tectia Client/Server license once in the beginning (perpetual license), and if you want to get product updates later on (recommended), you need to pay a small annual maintenance fee.
When you are paying this small annual maintenance fee, you can then download product updates, whenever those are available, without any extra fees from our customer download center: downloads.ssh.com.
