I'm trying to evaluate Tectia SSH server to perform sftp file transfer. Is it possible for the SSH Server to call an exe or batch script upon successful file transfer and failed file transfer? The idea is to capture the list of file transfer transactions and store those information into a database, whereby a 3rd party application can access those information.

I am not an expert for Tectia SSH server configuration, but I think current version of sft-server-g3 does not have such features. Most of our customers rely on syslog, or Windows Even Log to retrieve the information about files transferred. My understanding is that there is a variety of tools for such information extraction from syslog and event log on the market.

SSH Tectia Server logs quite detailed information about file transfers. See events starting with “Sft_server” and “Scp_file” (when OpenSSH scp is used) in the documentation.
