Hi - how do I restart the SSH Tectia Server from the command line (Windows) ? Have tried ssh-server-g3 --stop-service but comes up with invalid option - from the Admin manual looks as though you can only do this in Unix ??

cheers Geoff

On Windows you need to use service control manager to re-start the server (all versions of Tectia SSH Server):

sc stop SSHTectiaServer

and to start it again:

sc start SSHTectiaServer

On Unix platforms you can use:

ssh-server-ctl stop
ssh-server-ctl start

But if you only need to reload the changed configuration you can use

ssh-server-ctl reload

on all platforms. But that is on 6.2.x and newer versions. I don't remember how was it in earlier versions, I would have to check.

I hope this helps.

With regards
