Hi

We have keypair exchange between unix and windows server. We are scp files from windows to unix and has no issue when our ID is logged in via citrix into the windows.

However, when a local admin logged into the server via citrix and kick our session out, our scp job will hang. From the logs, we found that it has this error message "Waiting another client to complete hostkey query"

Understand that the old tectia version has some issue with citrix server in which when there are mutiple users logged on to the server via citrix, it will fetch the wrong keypair and has problem doing ssh/scp.

Our version is 6.1.9.95. Does anyone know what could have cause this situation?

Thanks!

Hello, first I would upgrade the Tectia Client to the most up-to-date version. The current version at the moment is 6.3.2 for Windows, Linux, Unix and IBM z/OS operating systems.

Then I would check that all users, who will login to the Citrix, are using unique Citrix user accounts.

Hopefully this helps!
