When i try to upload a file to SFTP server i get the below error even after a reconnect to the SFTP client,

sftp> cd Images

/Images

sftp> sput "C:\Temp\Sample.gif" Sample.Gif

error: Permission denied.

sftp> close

sftp> quit

The same works for a fresh new upload ie upload works only one time per file after that i receive permission denied error message. I thought it could be a replace issue but according to the SSH documentations SFTP2 always replaces the files by default.

Any help/advise would be much appreciated.

What is the SFTP Client, and, what is the SSH Server you are using?

You could show me your virtual folder configuration?
