Dear all

im running tectia ssh 6.0.12.50 on Windows 2008 server and recieve following error when trying to put file on virtual dir:

2016 Sft_server_stat_file_failed, "2016 Sft_server_stat_file_failed, File name: /SFTP/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx.csv, "Error: No such file or directory", Session-Id: 4

This happens only when trying from a w2K server running wodsftp service on which i have error: Server returned invalid response to FXP_READ

Obviously the problem is on sending server, but Im trying to find out how to remediate this! it seems that both servers cannot negotiate something!

If anyone has any idea, will highly appreciate it! regards Andrey

Let me see if I understand this correctly. There is a Tectia Server 6.0.12.50 running on a Windows 2008 server host and you're trying to upload a file using an sftp client (wodsftp), which fails. Is this correct? If so, can you post the section of the server configuration file (ssh-server-config.xml) within these tags: <subsystem> ... </subsystem> in order to see the virtual folder configuration?

I fixed this error on UNIX host by changing the permissions on the file from XXX to 644 rw-r-r. Even higher permissions would mess up the transfer.
