I have been assigned a challenge!

We have been giving a new requirment by our customer that requires that when a remote site is offline (disconnected from the primary and replica sites), that a contractor technician can still log into a linux server with a windows laptop using "two-factor" authentication.

Our security manager has told the customer that it is possible with the SID800 tokens.

Does anyone have any idea how to accomplish this?

Within our business unit, we use tectia 6.1.9 on Solaris, but with all new implementations being Linux, which is replacing Solaris, my challenge can only get bigger as time goes on.

Thoughts?
