We have an AIX system using a Tectia server. We need to communicate with a box that uses an OpenSSH server. How can we convert the Tectia public key to OpenSSH format.

Thanks

In order to convert a Tectia public key to OpenSSH format you can use OpenSSH keygen with the -i flag to import the key, such as:

$ ssh-keygen -i -f tectia_key.pub > openssh_key.pub

openssh_key.pub will now contain the tectia public key in OpenSSH format.

How about if I only have Tectia Client available? Could you provide command-line for that?

ssh-keygen-g3 --key-format openssh2 --import-public-key tectia_key.pub openssh_key.pub
