I am now guessing what that event log entry means without really checking the code:

"userfile" module in server is a module that accesses the files on behalf of a user with his/her credentials. This is happening before the user has been really logged in. SSH server will start binary:

C:\Program Files (x86)\SSH Communications Security\SSH Tectia\SSH Tectia AUX\Support binaries\ssh-user-fileio.exe

(the path is for 64 bit systems, which is your case)

Which will do the job.

Often the access rights of specific user account do not allow execution of that "ssh-user-fileio.exe" program.

Try to check that.

I hope this may help.

Regards

Martin

PS: Version 5.0.x is no longer supported. It has never claimed to support Windows Vista and newer systems. That came only in later releases. It has not been very stable. I recommend to upgrade to latest 6.2.x version of SSH Tectia Server.
