In reviewing the Transparent Tunneling aspect of SSH Client on a Windows 7 System the following is observed.

The Client documentation states

The direct connection settings are not stored in the ssh-broker-config.xml file but directly in the Windows Registry, under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SSH Communications Security\SSH Tectia Connector\PassThroughWhenEngineDown(Or in the 64 bit location)

Observation shows that changes to the direct connection lists are not populated in the above registry location but in the HKCU registry location for the system user log in.

Direct editing of the HKLM registry values will provide each system user the direct connection access.

Question is this an alternative method to configure direct connect application that will apply globally to all system users?
