We have the client loaded on a server running server 2008. The user profile appears to be set up correctly. We are connecting to an offsite server that has the other keypairs. They sent us the authorization keys via email by cutting and pasting the keys. How do I import this into the tectia client?

If you are connecting to their servers then you would be providing them with a public user key not that other way around.

Or are they sending your the hostkey (The host key wouldn't be in the authorization-keys file though).

If for user key auth you would need to generate a key pair using the ssh-keygen-g3 command (or the GUI) and provide the public key to the destination server.
