In a Windows environment, I am able to authenticate using my AD user by adding it to the "User Restrictions", "Allow login for users". I am a member of an AD group. How can I add the group instead of my user for authentication? Thanks

You should be able to add your group to the windows security policy the same way you added your individual user.

The 2 policies needed in most cases are:

"Access this computer from the network"

"Log on locally" or "Allow Logon locally".
