I already know, that I can do that using with RADIUS reply attributes parameter:

RADIUS.25="{ LDAP.MemberOfList }"

But how to parse the response to appear like: "group1" instead of "cn=group1"?

To return group1 without prefix cn= you could use following line:

RADIUS.25="\"{ LDAP.MemberOfList[\"format:%*[^=]=%[^,]\"] }\""
