Hi,

I'm using Active Directory as user database and I would like to display user's full name on OTP message like "Hello John Doe, your SMS password is 123456". How to configure that?

1) Logon to Tectia Webaccess

2) Navigate to your LDAP connector and click "Edit search attributes" Add new attributes for surname and givenname (if they don't exist).

Internal Attr ID:   21
Attr Name:          givenname
Attr type:          Str

Internal Attr ID:   14
Attr Name:          sn
Attr type:          Str

Click add and OK

3) Navigate to Default parameters -> OTP Authentication -> Authentication settings and customize Password Message:

    Hello {LDAP.21} {LDAP.14}, your SMS password is {OTPAUTH.Passwd}

4) Click save and restart MobileID service.
