Out MFT Events is running for more than a week already then when we check this morning we cant login thru the Remote management console and ssh-events-ctl -v status produces this error.

any idea why this happens ?

ssh-events-ctl -v status Failed to connect to SSH Events: Connect failed: No such file or directory(2) / Failed to connect to EFTD socket `/tmp/ssh-xdfmymg/ssh-events'. Tectia MFT Events is not running.

Moreso, Events seems to be executed because we can see the logs and it is updating with success event executions.

We were able to identify what went wrong. There's a clean-up script that deleted files on /tmp/ssh-mftadmin resulting to the weird mft events behavior. Restarting the mft events engine and exclusion of the said directory from the clean-up script fixes everything.
