How can I view logs in MobileID?

a. Choose View - User Logs - Logins:
b. A list of recent user logins is displayed.
c. Open “Log Management Tools”:
d. Find failed user/login using “Filter” toolbox:
i. Select UserID from the left side dropdown -- UserID is the same as the loginname entered by an end user, typically the sAMAccountName in an AD environment.
ii. Choose “Equals” from dropdown in the middle – or, if you want to use a wildcard search value, choose the appropriate search condition.
iii. Enter the search value to the dropdown on the right, without parentheses.
iv. Click Add to begin the search.
e. Review results for any entries with Type matching Failure. See user login errors for an explanation for typical user login failures. If no results are found, or the failure requires further investigation, review summary of system events for a more detailed explanation on the event.
