Currently software such as VMware vSphere Client does not connect after installing Tectia Client. When I installed I chose the "Complete" option. Is this a known issue, and something that can be resolved?

We have had reported issues with the "Complete" install and compatibility with other products that install / modify the Winsock 2 LSPs. There are two options.
You can find the .exe by running the task manager within Windows.
In some cases such as Veritas NETBackup the bypass list workaround will not work - this is a known issue due to the way Microsoft handles new handles within the winsock.
