I generated a public key and added a passphrase. I sent the public key to the org that owns the remote server. They've loaded it. I attempt to connect to the remote server and I get prompted for my passphrase, but when I enter it, it fails. My next step was to create another public key with a blank passphrase, just to test if it was me typing in the passphrase incorrectly. The blank passphrase solution didn't work either. What am I missing? I've read through the documentation twice. I did my initial connection to the server and when I did, the host keys downloaded fine, but again after the host keys downloaded I was prompted for my passphrase and it didn't work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Nevermind, this was a server security issue blocking access to the public key file.
