What can I do if host authentication using external key provider (Entrust, PKCS#11) does not work on Windows Server?

This affects only the customers that use Windows Server and certificates with Entrust/PKCS#11 provider for host authentication. The problem is Windows specific and does not affect other platforms.

This Q&A applies to 4.x versions of Tectia although there may still be issues with Entrust and PKCS11 on more recent versions of the Tectia software.
