I have 2 existing SFTP sites working. However when I add a 3rd it does connect but it gives a permission denied on either the SFTP virtual folder or uploading a file. There is an existing test file in the folder but I can't see or access it. Tectia Server version 6.3 the client is Filezilla. Some errors are:

2008 Sft_server_open_file_failed, "2008 Sft_server_open_file_failed, File name: /test.txt, "Error: Permission denied", Session-Id: 82900"
2034 Sft_server_realpath_failed, "2034 Sft_server_realpath_failed, File name: /test.txt, "Error: Permission denied", Session-Id: 82900"
2038 Sft_server_open_dir_failed, "2038 Sft_server_open_dir_failed, Directory name: /SFTP, "Error: Failure", Session-Id: 82902"

If the SSH Server is installed on Windows machine, then no files can be stored in virtual root folder: "/". That folder is virtual. It only contains virtual folders.

In order to know what is wrong with the "/SFTP" folder I would need to see the server configuration and know the actual machine setup (drives and diresctories).
