We have recently migrated from Reflection to Tectia. Systems connecting to our server is having file transfer issue sending to our server.

Test A
scpg3 /tmp/test.txt USER1@10.x.x.x:/FOLDER/FDL1
error: Permission denied, file: /FOLDER/FDL1

Test A works in Reflection

Test B
scpg3 /tmp/test.txt USER1@10.x.x.x:FOLDER/FDL1
test.txt | 74B | 4.3kiB/s | TOC: 00:00:00 | 100%

The only difference is the / after the :

We have multiple systems connecting to our server and they cannot change their application configuration. Is there a configuration in Tectia that we can support the Test A command ?

Folder permission wise, nothing was changed

I would say it very much depends on your configuration of Reflection server and Tectia Server. I assume you have Tectia SSH Server on Windows. To my understanding in Test A you are referring to a virtual root folder "/" in which you would have to have a virtual folder "FOLDER" defined. If you don't, then you get an error. Whereas in Test B you refer to "FOLDER" in USER1's home directory. Those may be completely differnt fodlers.
