I am using SSH Tectia Server

Our network is not so good and have a latency. I hope to raise up the connection timeout to make it tolerant to the latency.

I go through the user manual 5.1, but could not find the relevant configuration....

Hope could get help here. Thanks in advance.

This feature was only added in version 6.0.2 of Tectia Client, so you would have to upgrade to a newer version to be able to configure this.

If the connection is being closed due to inactivity you could try configuring the "keepalive interval". In order to configure this using the Tectia Configuration editor go to General->"Default Connection"->Server and set the "Keepalive interval (seconds)" to some value, such as 300.

Try the keepalive interval to see if this helps. Are you using the command line or the graphical client?
