Does Tectia offser a COM interface that can be used within MS Excel?

Unfortunately no, there's no COM interface for Tectia client. It's not a bad idea though. I can see how it would be useful.

Tectia ConnectSecure offers a C and Java API. It would be possible to wrap that using something like SWIG so that it could be called from COM but I have not actually tried this.
