Our MobileID version is 1.3.3 and user database is Active Directory. How to enable helpdesk plugin?

1) Log on to Web Access

2) From Web Access home view create Radius Client for helpdesk plugin by clicking Add Radius/Soap client... -> RadiusServer

3) Fill Name

Client Name: <helpdeskplugin>

IP,Secret, etc

Source IP Address:
Shared Secret (radius only): <generate a secret>

Click Save

Create -> Close

Refresh browser (press F5)

Expand Radius Client helpdesk and change setting

MDA Client: Yes

Click Save

4) Restart MobileID server from Web Access Home

5) Enable helpdesk plugin. Expand LDAP connector and click publish helpdesk

6) Logout from Web Access and open heldesk web-access-ip:port:/pub/ i.e

6) Logon to helpdesk with AD account. Domain name of your same as your LDAP connector name
