We would need more information to provide any input on this issue.

Can you try gathering connect broker debug logs?

Also please get some broker side debug.

ON *nux:

(6.1.2 and lower)/opt/tectia/libexec/ssh-broker-cli --exit

(6.1.3 and higher) /opt/tectia/bin/ssh-broker-g3 --exit

Then start back up the broker in debug mode:

ssh-broker-g3 -D4 -l broker.log

Try running your connection again, and send me the broker.log file

On Windows:

Right click on the broker icon in the right side of the task bar, and select exit.

Then start back up the broker in debug mode using the command line:

ssh-broker-gui -D4 --log-file=broker.log

In a couple of seconds you should see the broker icon show up in your task bar.

Try running your connection again.

Then right click on the broker Icon and select status.

Click the logs icon, and copy and paste the logs into a file and send the file to us.

I heard from this user outside of this forum that...

"Switching to sput --streaming=no solved the problem..."
